In this the 73rd edition of the competition all teams had to play in Adidas manufactured shirts sponsored by either RTL or Loto Sportif in a colourway that match their normal home colours if possible. The Division 2 promotion hopefuls had famously knocked out PSG in an earlier round as well as dispatching Calais, Saint-Quentin and Toulon. Next up was ASSE and the match was an absolute thriller.
